Delivery Times: Deliveries within Zones 1 and 2 take up to 5 working days. For all other zones, delivery may take up to 9 working days.

To ensure a smooth experience, please schedule your delivery at a time when you can open, check, and try on your order while the courier is present. All Mowa orders allow an open package policy.

If you choose to decline the order, it must be returned on the spot to the courier. You will only be charged the shipping fees. We kindly ask that this fee is respected and paid to the courier.

Please note that once the courier leaves, no returns will be accepted.

Exchanges can be requested within 24 hours of receiving the order only.

**Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective. However, you may still open the package and try on sale items while the courier is present. *Again, If you refuse the shipment, only the shipping fee must be paid.
