To ensure a smooth experience, please schedule your delivery at a time when you can open, check, and try on your order while the courier is present. All Mowa orders allow an open package policy.

If you choose to decline the order, it must be returned on the spot to the courier. You will only be charged the shipping fees. We kindly ask that this fee is respected and paid to the courier.

Please note that once the courier leaves, no returns will be accepted.

Exchanges can be requested within 24 hours of receiving the order only.
